I took four large drawers left over from my last dresser project and attached one on top of another. I made two night stands or mini bookcases. These were secured with screws.

I lightly sanded and painted the drawer facings white after removing all hardware.

I used white pickling stain for the exterior sides and interior of drawers.The wood grain still shows but it looks antiqued.

The style: Coastal Cottage. This looks like it has been sitting out by the beach in the sun for years.
Very cute! Cannot wait to use the two of these same shelves beside the bed for his/her night stands!
